The iconic award-winning spirits brand, Cotswolds Distillery, approached us for a full purchase journey analytics programme to help them understand where they could optimise each element of the funnel. We helped them increase their online sales through a better understanding of on-site user behaviour and identified areas for future improvements.
One of which was a full checkout re-design integrating best practice checkout functionality and design including mobile payments, and address lookup. We then migrated their e-commerce operation to Shopify in order to seamlessly connect their online sales with product management, tour event management (they operate an extremely popular distillery tour), merchandising, content management and reporting.
